Linklaters has advised Alpha Group International plc on its step-up from an AIM listing to a listing on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange Main Market.

Alpha Group is a provider of financial strategies and technologies, dedicated to solving the financial challenges of corporates and institutions operating internationally. Blending deep expertise with technology, Alpha Group offers a highly specialised and client-centric alternative to certain traditional banking services.

The team was led by corporate partner Tom Thorne, senior US associate Igor Rogovoy and associates Venkatesh Renganathan and Clement Chan in London.

Partners Alexandra Beidas and Cara Hegarty advised on employment & incentives, partner Rhian Parker and associate Benjamin Harris advised on tax matters and partner Sumit Indwar and associate Rebekah Ellis advised on financial regulation.

Tom Thorne comments:

“We are delighted to have advised Alpha Group on this significant transaction and wish them all the best on the next stage of their incredible journey on the LSE’s Main Market. This transaction showcases our team’s market-leading experience in London listings and in supporting high-growth, tech-enabled companies more broadly.”

This continues Linklaters’ impressive run of advising on European listings in 2024, including those of Atalaya Mining, RENK Group, Athens International Airport and Theon International.
