Lexemo LLC is a legal technology company with its operations based in Frankfurt at Reinvent Law and the TechQuartier. Lexemo was founded at the end of 2016 by Pascal Di Prima, Olaf Draeger and Marco Di Prima. Pascal has worked as a lawyer since 2006, worked as counsel for Clifford Chance and as a partner for Simmons & Simmons in Frankfurt. Olaf has more than 20 years of experience in the IT infrastructure in the financial market area. Marco has 18 years of investment banking experience with Commerzbank, Zurich Financial Services, JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers and Mediobanca in Frankfurt, London and Milan. Lexemo published a research tool for the Capital Requirements Regulation at the end of 2018.
