2) Requirements: Should possess knowledge of Contract Law and International Laws & Treaties, good analytical skills. The Candidate should be a quick learner and selfmotivated.
3) Additional Requirements: Knowledge and hands-on experience of drafting, vetting of contracts and other corporate legal documents such as purchase orders, Vendor Agreements etc will be an add-on.
