Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : Degree in Law.
Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : Minimum 5 years experience as Legal Advisor preferably in academic institutions or central govt. oganisations.
Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) :i) To render legal advice/opinion to the Organization in all matters referred to him/her from time to time and to be available for consultation in the Organization’s office as and when required. ii) To draft/vet/finalize plaints, suits, writ petitions Written statements, arguments, notices, agreements, contracts, memorandum of understanding and guarantees etc. iii) To appear in Courts in Legal cases pertaining to the Organization.
