Latham & Watkins to Add Leading Real Estate Private Equity Partner in London

Latham & Watkins is pleased to announce that Jeremy Kenley will join the firm’s London office as a partner in the Real Estate Practice. Widely recognized as one of the market’s elite real estate private equity partners, Kenley brings unique insights, deep connections, and market knowledge to Latham, drawing on his experience at leading investment firms, as well as more than two decades in private practice.

He brings vast experience in advising private equity sponsors and investors on a variety of complex, cross-border real estate transactions, with a particular focus on real estate private equity and debt funds, real estate asset and debt acquisitions, real estate mergers and acquisitions, innovative real estate joint ventures, and co-investment deals and structures.

Kenley joins Latham & Watkins from Gibson Dunn. He received his LLB from the University of Manchester and completed his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law.
