Howden, the global insurance broking group, has announced that it has agreed to acquire Atlantic Global Risk LLC, the leading independent transaction liability insurance broker in the United States. The transaction has been approved by the boards of directors of both companies and is subject to customary closing conditions. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026.
