Foresight Ventures, a Singapore-based crypto investment firm, has purchased a majority stake in The Block, an information services company empowering smart decisions for those who invest in, work with, make decisions about or seek to understand digital assets. The deal values The Block at US$70 million.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised The Block in the transaction with an Emerging Companies & Growth team led by New York partner Peyton Worley, with associates Eduard Grigoryan, Galina Vujovic, Saem Kim, and Andrew Walsh.
