Advice on corporate matters was also provided by Duesseldorf associates Katharina Intfeld, Katharina Steinbrueck, Steffen Augschill, Nikolaus Becker, Florian Feistle, and Jaschar Mirkhani, with Frankfurt partner Susanne Decker and Duesseldorf partner Heiko Gotsche; on tax matters and structuring matters by Hamburg partner Tobias Klass and Munich partner Stefan Süss; on antitrust matters by Frankfurt partner Max Hauser with associate Helena Hofmann; on FDI matters by Hamburg counsel Jana Dammann De Chapto and Nicolas Jung; on regulatory matters by Frankfurt counsel Joachim Grittmann and associate Alexander Wilhelm; on corporate/IP matters by Frankfurt partner Susan Kempe-Mueller and associate Daniela Jaeger; on data privacy matters by Frankfurt counsel Wolf-Tassilo Böhm and associate Jonas Kraus; on finance matters by Frankfurt associate Anastasia Dressler; on litigation matters by Frankfurt partner Alena McCorkle and Hamburg associate Jan Sowula; on real estate matters by Frankfurt counsel Sven Nickel and associate Marie-Christine Welp; and on employment matters by Munich Partner Tobias Leder and associate Martina Hoelzer.

The team was further supported by colleagues from the Latham offices in the US, London, Madrid, Milan, and Paris.
