Latham & Watkins Advises Platinum Equity in Sale of Livingston International to Purolator, Inc.

Multidisciplinary team represents private equity firm in the sale of the international trade services company.

Platinum Equity announced the sale of Livingston International, an international trade services firm specializing in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, and trade consulting, to Purolator, Inc., a leading integrated freight, package, and logistics solutions provider.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Platinum Equity and Livingston International in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Washington, D.C. partner David Brown, with associate Monica Hernandez.
