Latham & Watkins Advises on Matador Resources’ US$750 Million Senior Notes Offering
Firm represented the initial purchasers in the energy company’s private offering.
Matador Resources Company (NYSE: MTDR) announced that it has closed its previously announced private offering of US$750 million of 6.250% senior unsecured notes due 2033 at a price of 100% of their face value.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented the initial purchasers in the offering with a corporate team led by Houston partner Ryan Maierson, with associates Ziyad Barghouthy, Brian Bruzzo, and David Lee. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Houston partner Jim Cole, with associate Molly Elkins; and on environmental matters by Los Angeles/Houston partner Josh Marnitz, with associate Phil Goldberg.
