Latham & Watkins has advised a syndicate of 14 lenders on a sustainability-linked long-term financing for euNetworks Holdings Limited (euNetworks), a critical bandwidth infrastructure company. The debt financing amounting to €1.26 billion will be used to refinance existing debt and includes new significant undrawn, committed debt facilities to fund the construction and development of the next generation of critical bandwidth infrastructure in Europe.
The Latham team was led by London infrastructure partners Conrad Andersen and Seonaid Todisco, with associates Lothar Krumpen and Matthew Milne. Additional advice was provided by Frankfurt partner Sibylle Münch, with associates Ralph Dräger and André Traute; Madrid partner Fernando Colomina, with associate Ignacio Sánchez; and Paris counsel Etienne Gentil.
