Latham & Watkins Advises Octopus Ventures on Ribbon’s Seed Round

Latham & Watkins has advised Octopus Ventures as lead investor on the £2.6 million Series Seed funding round of Ribbon, a pioneering platform for conducting user research to build better product experiences.

Octopus Ventures led the round with participation from previous investors MMC Ventures and Concept Ventures, as well as angel investors.

The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associates Samantha Peacock and Irene Brandão.
