Latham & Watkins Advises Lundin Energy on its Inaugural US$2 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Latham & Watkins advised Lundin Energy AB on its debut US$2 billion senior notes offering consisting of US$1 billion aggregate principal amount of 2% senior notes due 2026, and US$1 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.1% senior notes due 2031.
