Level Access, a leading provider of digital accessibility solutions, and UserWay (TASE: UWAY), a pioneer in accessibility AI technologies, announced the signing of a definitive agreement for Level Access to acquire UserWay. Together, Level Access and UserWay will create advanced digital accessibility solutions to help more organizations to start, and accelerate, sustainable digital accessibility programs. The transaction is expected to close in early 2024, subject to approval by UserWay’s shareholders and receipt of customary regulatory approvals.

Latham & Watkins LLP is advising Level Access in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Chicago partner Max Schleusener and Boston partners Ryan McCarthy and John Miller, with associates Gilad Zohari, Michael Casagrande, and Brian Baloun. Advice was also provided on benefits and compensation matters by Washington, D.C. partner Matthew Conway, with associate Charity Wyatt; on intellectual property matters by Boston partner Sarah Gagan, with associates Deborah Hinck and Alex Theuer*; on finance matters by Washington, D.C./New York partner Manu Gayatrinath, with associates Ashley Rose and Michael Wright; on US antitrust matters by Washington, D.C. partner Ian Conner and Washington, D.C. counsel Joseph Simei; on ex-US antitrust matters by London partner Jonathan Parker, Brussels partner Luca Crocco, and Brussels counsel Wesley Lepla and Philipp Studt, with associate James Mathieson; and on tax matters by Bay Area partner Katharine Moir, with associate Jeremiah Cowen.
