Latham & Watkins Advises Kendra Scott on Minority Investment by 65 Equity Partners

65 Equity Partners has announced the completion of a significant minority investment in Kendra Scott, the celebrated lifestyle and accessories brand. The partnership marks an important milestone for Kendra Scott, solidifying the brand’s continued growth and longevity in the market. HPS Investment Partners, Petrus Asset Management, and Belzberg & Co co-invested alongside 65 Equity Partners in the transaction.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Kendra Scott in the transaction with a corporate team led by Bay Area partner Luke Bergstrom and Austin partner Mollie Duckworth, with associates Jase Burner, Manu Vadlamudi, and Mary Kline.
