Latham & Watkins Advises Incitec Pivot in Sale of Waggaman Ammonia Production Facility

Incitec Pivot Limited (ASX: IPL) has announced that it has signed an agreement for the sale of its ammonia manufacturing facility located in Waggaman, Louisiana, to CF Industries Holdings, Inc. for a total value of US$1.675 billion.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Incitec Pivot in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Houston partners Ryan Maierson and Lauren Anderson, with Houston associates Ashley Nguyen, Monika Kluziak, Janhavi Das, and Brian Bruzzo.
