Latham & Watkins Advises H2B2 Electrolysis Technologies in Business Combination With RMG Acquisition Corporation III

H2B2 Electrolysis Technologies, Inc. (H2B2), a global green hydrogen platform that provides bespoke integrated solutions across the hydrogen value chain, and RMG Acquisition Corp. III (Nasdaq: RMGC) (RMG III), a publicly-traded special purpose acquisition company, have announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement to take H2B2 public via a business combination.

Latham & Watkins LLP advises H2B2 in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Houston partner Ryan Maierson and Houston counsel Thomas Verity, with associates Jane Ehinmoro, Monika Kluziak, Zainab Hashmi, and Jacob Kempf. Madrid partner Ignacio GĂłmez-Sancha and Madrid counsel Luis Manuel Lozano, with associate MarĂ­a Domingo advised on Spanish corporate matters. New York associates Shawn Quinn and Nick Gonzalez advised on capital markets matters.
