Latham & Watkins advises Crimson Renewable Energy Holdings in Sale of Used Cooking Oil Collection and Aggregation Business

Neste, the world’s leading producer of renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel produced from waste and residue raw materials, announced that it has agreed to acquire the used cooking oil collection and aggregation business of Crimson Renewable Energy Holdings, LLC. The closing of the transaction is subject to the fulfillment of customary conditions and regulatory approvals.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Crimson Renewable Energy Holdings in the transaction, with a corporate deal team led by Houston partner Ryan Maierson and Los Angeles partner Tana Ryan, with Houston associate Greg Sorensen and Los Angeles associates Mark Goshgarian and Steve Herlin.
