German team supports the private debt investor in the transaction.
Latham & Watkins has advised the pan-European private debt investor Apera Asset Management on the arrangement of debt facilities for the refinancing of Terras Holding GmbH, a portfolio company of funds advised by Auctus Capital Partners AG. Apera, together with Oldenburgische Landesbank, provided the unitranche/super senior financing, comprising a unitranche facility in combination with acquisition and revolving credit facilities.
Latham frequently advises Apera on transactions, most recently on the financing of Bencis’ acquisition of Eurorad.
The Latham team was led by Munich finance partner Thomas Weitkamp, with Hamburg associate Anna-Maria Kuckerz and Munich associates Johanna Wörle and Jannis Strotmann. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Munich finance partner Ulf Kieker, with Hamburg associate Julia Wenzel.
