Latham Represents HPS Investment Partners and Audax in Financing for J.F. Lehman & Company’s Acquisition of Forged Solutions Group

J.F. Lehman & Company (JFLCO), a leading alternative asset manager focused exclusively on the aerospace, defense, government, maritime, environmental and infrastructure sectors, has announced that investment affiliates, including JFL Equity Investors VI, L.P., have acquired Forged Solutions Group, Inc.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented HPS and Audax in the financing with a cross-border team in the US and London led by partners Stelios Saffos, Peter Sluka, John Lister, and Fergus Wheeler, with associates J.T.
