Latham Advises Tiger Infrastructure Partners in Investment in Bolder Industries

Houston-based team represents the private equity firm focused on middle market infrastructure companies.

Tiger Infrastructure Partners (Tiger Infrastructure) has announced a transformational growth investment in Bolder Industries (Bolder), a circular-economy infrastructure platform that is a first mover in meeting a critical market need for sustainable materials for the rubber, plastic, and petrochemical industries. Tiger Infrastructure is partnering with Bolder to provide growth capital to enable the buildout of new facilities.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Tiger Infrastructure Partners in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Houston partner Lauren Anderson, with associates John Daywalt, Caroline Silverstein, and Diego Guimaraes-Blandon.
