Latham Advises The Raine Group in Voi’s US$160 Million Series C

Voi, Europe’s leading micro-mobility company, has raised US$160 million in new funding led by The Raine Group. Latham & Watkins advised The Raine Group on the transaction.

The new capital will be used to invest in technology platform development, fuel growth in current Voi markets and bring Voi’s latest e-scooter model to more cities across its network. 2020 has been landmark year for e-scooters, as consumers look for new alternatives to move around Europe’s biggest cities in a convenient, sustainable, quick and safe way.

Latham’s corporate team was led by partner Farah O’Brien, with associates Jon Fox and Will Temple-Smith.
