Latham Advises Superbank on Its IPO on the Indonesian Stock Exchange

Latham & Watkins has advised PT Super Bank Indonesia on its IDR 2.79 trillion (US$167 million) initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Superbank is an Indonesian digital bank whose shareholders include Grab, Emtek, Singtel, KakaoBank, and GXS Bank.

The Latham team was led by Singapore partners Sharon Lau and Stacey Wong, with counsel Jeremy Wang, associate Jeffy Katio, and Foreign Legal Consultant Jose Mendoza.
