Latham & Watkins has advised Séché Environnement, a renowned French waste treatment and disposal company, on the co-investment by CVC DIF, the infrastructure arm of leading global private markets manager CVC, in ECO Industrial Environmental Engineering Pte Ltd (ECO). Under this transaction, CVC DIF will subscribe for a 49.9% stake in ECO (with Séché Environnement retaining a 50.1% stake) via a reserved capital increase for an aggregate consideration of approximately S$311 million (approximately €216 million).
