Latham & Watkins has advised the bookrunning lead managers, Nuvama Wealth Management Limited and DAM Capital Advisors Limited, on the INR 1500 Crore (US$180 million) Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) by Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited.
The Latham team was led by Singapore partner Rajiv Gupta, with Singapore associate Esha Goel. Advice was also provided on U.S. tax matters by New York partner Jiyeon Lee-Lim and Chicago partner Rene de Vera, with London associate Farrah Yan.
