Latham Advises on Osaic Holdings, Inc.’s Senior Secured and Senior Unsecured Notes Tack-On Offerings Totaling US$825 Million

Osaic Holdings, Inc. has announced offerings of US$500,000,000 of additional 6.75% Senior Secured Notes due 2032 and of additional US$325,000000 8.00% Senior Notes due 2033.
