Latham & Watkins has advised the joint bookrunners on Cassa Depositi e Prestiti’s (CDP) US$1.5 billion yankee bond issuance, its second transaction in the US capital markets following the inaugural issuance in 2023. Goldman Sachs International and BofA Securities acted as global coordinators and joint bookrunners, and BNP Paribas, Citigroup, IMI-Intesa Sanpaolo, J.P. Morgan, Santander Corporate & Investment Banking, Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking, and UniCredit acted as joint bookrunners on the transaction.
