Latham & Watkins has advised the joint bookrunners on Cassa Depositi e Prestiti’s (CDP) US$1.0 billion bond issuance, Yankee Bond, marking its first transaction in US capital markets. J.P. Morgan and Citigroup acted as global coordinators and joint bookrunners and BNP Paribas, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Intesa Sanpaolo, Morgan Stanley, and Société Générale acted as joint bookrunners on the transaction.
