Latham & Watkins has advised Octopus Ventures as lead investor on the €21 million Series B financing round of Intigriti, Europe’s leading bug bounty and vulnerability disclosure platform. The transaction represents the largest funding for a crowdsourced security platform in Europe to date.

Octopus Ventures led the round with participation from EnBW New Ventures and existing investors, including ETF Partners.

The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associate Samantha Peacock.
