Latham Advises Garena on Revel Games’ US$4.5 Million Seed Round

Latham & Watkins has advised global online game developer and publisher Garena as lead investor on the US$4.5 million seed round of Istanbul-based mobile gaming company Revel Games, focused on developing new games in the casual puzzle genre.

Garena led the round, with participation from Metaverse Platform Sandbox founders Sebastien Borget and Arthur Madrid, alongside other investors.

The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Mike Turner with associate Katie Kaplucha.
