Latham Advises Endeavor on Strategic Investment in Asylum Entertainment Group

Endeavor Group Holdings, Inc., a global sports and entertainment company, has announced it has made a strategic investment in Los Angeles-based, Emmy® Award-winning, nonscripted production company Asylum Entertainment Group. Through this investment, Asylum will have the financing and resources to supercharge its footprint through domestic and international M&A.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Endeavor in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by New York partners Justin Hamill and Michael Anastasio, with associates Rachel Ratcliffe, Quentin Ayukesong, Nancy Zhu, Bhavin Shah, and Sara Brown. Advice was also provided on entertainment, sports, and media matters by Century City partner Rick Offsay, with associates Liliana Ranger, Omeed Anvar, Djenab Li Conde, and Aiyanna Sanders; on benefits matters by New York partners Austin Ozawa and Max Raskin, with associates Anne Bracaglia, and Kristen Ierardi; on labor matters by Los Angeles partner Joseph Farrell; on tax matters by New York partner Alan Kimball, with associate Ronald Moore; on antitrust matters by Washington, D.C. partner Amanda Reeves, New York partner Katherine Rocco, and Washington, D.C. counsel Peter Todaro, with associates Karen Kim and Carla Palma; on real estate matters by New York partner Michelle Kelban and New York counsel Shira Bressler; on data privacy matters by Bay Area partner Robert Blamires, with associate Kathryn Parsons-Reponte; on finance matters by New York partners Joshua Tinkelman and Seniz Yakut, with associates Michael Wright and Joshua Guerra; and on intellectual property matters by Los Angeles partner Ghaith Mahmood, with associate Nicole Nour.
