Kirkland Represents CICC in Proposed Take-Private of Hengxing Gold

Kirkland advises China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited (CICC) as financial adviser to the offeror, Shandong Gold Mining Co. Ltd. (HKSE: 1787), in the proposed take-private of Hengxing Gold Holding Company Limited (HKSE: 2303). The take-private, which was announced on September 30, 2020, will be implemented through a scheme of arrangement.
