Kirkland & Ellis announced today that Rachel Sheridan, one of the country’s leading capital markets lawyers, has joined the Firm as a partner.

Ms. Sheridan focuses her practice on capital markets transactions, representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies, issuers, investment banks and public companies in a wide range of matters. She has extensive experience with public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, as well as buyout, liability management, restructuring and SPAC transactions.
Ms. Sheridan has been recognized as a leading lawyer for capital markets by Chambers USA and The Legal 500 U.S.
