LP in connection with the signing of definition documentation to acquire the Atlantic Aviation business of Macquarie Infrastructure Corp. (NYSE: MIC) for $4.475 billion. Atlantic Aviation is one of the largest portfolios of fixed base operations (FBO) in the world and operates at 69 airport locations across the globe.
