Kirkland & Ellis advised health care investment firm Patient Square Capital on a definitive agreement for a strategic partnership with CorroHealth, a revenue cycle management provider for health systems and health plans. The transaction was announced October 24, 2024. Current shareholders, including investment funds affiliated with global investment firm Carlyle (NASDAQ: CG), TT Capital Partners, Sanaka Group, and CorroHealth management, will remain investors, with Patient Square and Carlyle sharing joint control of CorroHealth. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the year.
