Kirkland & Ellis advised Oakley Capital through its fund Oakley Capital IV on the agreement to invest in ICP Education Holding Limited, a leading independent group of UK nurseries, alongside the management team. Serving nearly 6,000 children at 44 nurseries across England, ICP Education is one of the largest nursery operators in the UK. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
