Kirkland Advises Nordic Paper on Long Term Financing Agreement

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Nordic Paper, a specialty paper producer with its base in Scandinavia, on its entry into an agreement with a syndicate of financial institutions on a long-term senior secured €275 million term loan B and a revolving credit facility of €65 million.
