Kirkland Advises Maesa on Sale of European and Middle Eastern Operations

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Maesa, a leader in beauty and personal care and portfolio company of Bain Capital, on the sale of its European and Middle Eastern operations (Maesa EMEA) to Knowlton Development Corporation, Inc., a global leader in custom formulation, packaging design and manufacturing solutions for many of the world’s beauty, personal care, and home care brands.
