Kirkland & Ellis is advising KKR on the financing for its binding agreement to acquire Dawsongroup plc. Dawsongroup is a logistics company with more than 30,000 supply chain links across industries, including wheeled assets, automation and the global supply of modular temperature control solutions. The acquisition will be made as part of KKR’s Global Climate strategy, dedicated to scaling net-zero solutions and transitioning and decarbonising higher emitting assets, which closely aligns with Dawsongroup’s long-term sustainability-led ambitions.
