Kirkland & Ellis advised Iron Park Capital Partners, LP, a global investment manager with deep experience across public and private credit markets, on its acquisition by General Atlantic, a leading global growth equity firm, to form General Atlantic Credit. The transaction first was announced on October 26, 2022, and closed on April 4, 2023.
