Kirkland & Ellis advised private equity firm Gemspring Capital Management LLC and its portfolio company, Amplix, on Amplix’s acquisition of Inflow Communications LLC (InflowCX), a provider of IT consulting, training, installation, implementation and resale services. The transaction was announced October 23, 2023. Gemspring is combining InflowCX with Amplix, a provider of technology advisory services and software.
