Kirkland & Ellis is advising leading supplier of innovative building products and solutions Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE: CSL) on the sale of Carlisle Interconnect Technologies (“CIT”) to Amphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH) in a transaction valued at $2.025 billion. The deal was announced January 30, 2023. The sale follows Carlisle’s previously announced process to sell CIT and represents the final step in Carlisle’s pivot to a pure play building products company. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the second quarter of 2024, subject to certain closing adjustments and conditions, including regulatory clearances.
