Lee Partners and Genstar Capital, in its acquisition of Crump Life Insurance Services and Hanleigh Management from TIH Insurance. Crump is a leading provider and distributor of life insurance and retirement products. The transaction, announced on January 6, 2025, is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close during Q1 2025.
