Kirkland Advises Advantive on Acquisition of Abaca Systems

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Advantive, a mission-critical software provider for specialty manufacturing and distribution businesses and a portfolio company of TA Associates, on the bolt-on acquisition of Abaca Systems, a business management software provider for the packaging industry.
