The national law firm of Quarles & Brady today announced that Janelle Iturbe has joined the firm’s Phoenix office* as a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group.

Iturbe helps her clients with an array of real estate and financing matters, such as homebuilder financing, land banking, acquisition and development lending, build-to-rent lending, joint ventures, third-party and municipal/district development financing, asset management, acquisitions and dispositions (sales/leasing), and asset workouts and collection. She also has experience handling general real estate litigation and bankruptcy matters.

“Janelle has extensive, high-level in-house and law firm experience, which will provide our clients with the informed counsel needed to accomplish their goals,” said Diane Haller, national chair of the Real Estate Practice Group. “She will be an asset with advising clients in Phoenix and nationally on land banking and homebuilder financing strategies, while collaborating with the broader team on similar services we offer clients.”

Previously, Iturbe served for more than a decade as vice president and counsel for a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 national, public homebuilder, operating as a portfolio manager and capital provider to public and private homebuilders and developers. She holds a Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago.
