Global law firm Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce that Mauro Saccani has joined the firm’s Corporate & Finance practice group as a partner in its Banking and Loan Finance practice, based in Milan. He joins from Latham and Watkins, Milan.

Mauro’s practice focuses on a broad range of banking, leveraged and acquisition finance, debt restructuring, debt capital markets, restructuring and corporate reorganization. Most of his transactions have a cross-border element. His clients include large corporates, banks, private credit funds, private equity sponsors and their financial advisors.
