Global law firm Hogan Lovells has today announced the appointment of John Livesey as a partner in the firm’s global Private Equity practice, based in the London office.
John joins Hogan Lovells from Linklaters. He advises international private equity clients on transactions across a number of sectors, including financial institutions, infrastructure, mining, technology and retail. In addition to his core practice, having previously spent four years working in Linklaters’ Madrid office and being bilingual in English and Spanish, he also has an active practice advising on Spanish and Latin America-related transactions.

As part of our global Private Equity practice, John will work closely with transactional colleagues throughout the network, and will further bolster our UK practice, working alongside our market-leading secondaries team led by partners Ed Harris and Leanne Moezi.
