Bis is a U.S. and India qualified corporate partner, who joined the firm in July 2021, with a focus on capital markets, M&A and private equity transactions. He has extensive experience in advising clients on cross-border corporate & finance transactions across various industries including technology, fintech, life sciences, real estate, energy and infrastructure. Bis has a deep understanding of the India market and in recent years, has advised on some of the largest and significant equity offerings in India and Southeast Asia. He also supports clients on a range of regulatory issues, including economic sanctions, government procurement, white collar investigations and corporate governance.
