Led by partners Lutz Angerer, Michael Schlitt and Richard Aftanas, a team comprising German and US lawyers at the international law firm Hogan Lovells advised NASDAQ listed voxeljet AG on a capital increase and an issue of new American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”).
In conjunction with the capital increase, the company is issuing 621,170 new registered ordinary shares with attached dividend entitlements for the financial year 2020, which will be offered in the form of 621,170 ADRs at a price of € 13.33 per ordinary share. The ADRs are traded on NASDAQ.
The company has received gross proceeds of approximately €8.2 million. The company intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
