Global law firm Hogan Lovells has acted as lead legal counsel advising the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) on its recently announced agreement to acquire an indirect 10% equity stake in the Tamar gas field.
The Tamar gas field is located offshore Israel and is one of the largest and most strategically important gas fields in the Mediterranean basin.
